Architectural Plans

This table lists all the architectural plans held by the Midland Railway Study Centre. The Midland Railway's architectural style, although immediately familiar, is of course a complex subject when viewed in the sort of detail a modeller, for example, requires. Our collection doesn't begin to scratch the surface of the variety which once existed, unfortunately. What this list is intended to do is provide a modeller with 'close alternatives', based on their own research, where the first choice of station or building isn't available. Once a candidate drawing is identified, a further search of our catalogue will provide further detail.
